From outdated spaces to kitchens built for everyday life

Older kitchens can have worn finishes, awkward layouts, limited storage, or spaces that feel disconnected from the rest of the home. A thoughtful renovation starts by understanding how the homeowner wants to use the space, then coordinating the many details involved in construction.

Technology that helps homeowners stay informed

Our personalized Scruffy City Construction Hub brings project information into one place. Depending on the project, homeowners can follow milestones, review updates and photos, track selections, and communicate with the project team. The goal is straightforward: fewer lost details and a clearer shared understanding of the work.

Selections should be documented, not guessed

Cabinet colors, hardware, countertop materials, paint finishes, and fixture choices are easier to coordinate when selections are recorded. Keeping these details organized helps homeowners and project managers refer back to decisions during construction.

What should you ask a Knoxville kitchen remodeling contractor?

Ask how the scope is documented, how selections and changes are approved, who communicates schedule updates, and where you can see project progress. Those answers are as important as discussing cabinet styles and finishes.
